No Service
Payment is due before your scheduled service day. Invoices are sent on the first of the month. We accept checks, cash, and most credit cards; your invoice will have all payment options. Payment for the month of service is due before service can be performed. If there is a lapse in service due to non payment, a One Time Scoop charge may be needed before weekly service begins again. Monthly rates will be prorated to the week service starts.
The client understands that our ability to pick up dog poop depends mainly on the weather conditions we operate in and the property conditions. Tall grass, weeds, vines, unraked leaves, snow, branches, debris, mud, puddles, and grass clippings all hinder the ability to collect dog poop and are the responsibility of the Customer to manage. All pets must STAY INSIDE your home while we are on the property scooping and for service to be completed. Any hazards we must be aware of must be communicated to the scooper before services are started. Poop is double bagged and placed in the customer's garbage can. Poop can be hauled away for an additional fee.
The area being cleaned should be less than 10,000 square feet.
(pertains to weekly service only)
The Customer understands that if they choose to SKIP or CANCEL a scheduled scooping service, they have three business days to reschedule via email. The Customer could be charged an additional fee for the skipped or canceled day since there could be an extra amount of waste for us to clean up on the next visit. This fee also covers the time and effort to reschedule staff to perform services. Fees will be applied to the next month's invoice.
You will receive a text, call, or email on the day of service when our technicians are on the way and after we have completed the scooping.
If your scooping day lands on an observed holiday, your scooping will be done either a few days before or the day after. You will be notified via email and text of these changes.
Scooping will be affected due to the following:
*Rain (Raining)
*Lightning
*Flooding
*Strong Winds
*Snow (Snowing)
*Heat and Cold Advisory
Should your scoop service need to be rescheduled due to weather, there will be every effort to arrive on the next available day.
If we can not see it, we can NOT scoop it! The Customer understands we can not see all the poop when it snows. Sometimes Dog Poop can not be removed due to frozen ground or soupy, puddled conditions. As soon as more snow melts and becomes visible, it will be scooped.
If temperatures get below 25 degrees or it is actively snowing, a snow day is issued, and we will need to reschedule service. You will be promptly notified via email and text.
